A non-refundable deposit is required upon scheduling. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment. Color correction (full day) appointment services require 1 week notice and are subject to cancellation fee if given less than 7 days notice. No shows or cancellations with less than 24 notice will be charged 75% of the scheduled service total. If you need to reschedule an appointment please do so AT LEAST 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If an appointment is rescheduled with less than 72 hours notice a rescheduling fee of 25% will be required prior to your service. If you choose to cancel a rescheduled appointment you will be charged the initial cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled services. A 10 minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive to your appointment after the grace period a $25 late fee will be added to your service total, or we may need to reschedule. At that time 50% of your service today will be charged in addition to a rescheduling fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. Terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.
